Honey Nut Carrots

1 lb carrots
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon HONEY
toasted almonds
Cook carrots in a small amount of salted water until tender, drain. Melt butter, stir in flour, add milk, HONEY, and salt. Cook over moderate heat, stirring until thickened. Pour over carrots and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
