Skillet Glazed Chicken

1 frying chicken (about 3 pounds) cut into serving pieces
salt and pepper
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup mild-flavored HONEY
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Wipe chicken pieces well with damp paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Heat salad oil in a 10 inch skillet. Place chicken, skin side down, in skillet. Brown one side, turn, brown the other side. Cover and cook over medium heat 15 minutes. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken, turning to coat. Continue cooking, uncovered, about 20 minutes. Baste frequently. Chicken is done when it is fork tender.
